MADRID

MOTOR

PME

Madrid Motor is a design published in OVNI, the magazine of Madrid's School of Architecture.

This project aims to recover an iconic architectural group of Madrid, the State’s ‘Parque Móvil’, whose use has become obsolete. The intention is to modify the structure of the current buildings to host a new business centre. In order to achieve this and bearing in mind the strategic location and financial potencial of the building, an economic viability plan has been devised. Great spaces will be rented out to large firms that will place their flagship stores there. This income will support smaller start ups. A whole new catalog of green energy solutions and urban acupuncture in the residential area nearby, complete the proposal, that will work as a great machine.
